I hate to say this but N400 can not be approved before ROC. Now, since you have a pending ROC and you are called for the N400 interview chances are they will combine (ROC and N400)  interviews in the same day. If they interview you only for the N400 you might pass the tests but the IO won't be able to make a decision right away, he gonna have to put your case on hold while they wait decision on the ROC. Condition on a green card has to be removed first in order to get approved  for the N400. Good luck and lets pray they combine both interviews or they approve your ROC before your interview day.

Hence why i said 99.99% leaving the .01 for the ROC. But with a successful n400 interview and recommendation for approval which will expedite the ROC, it will most likely again 99.99% be improved unless there is an outrageous suspicion when your i751 file is reviewed. SO that accounts for the .01% after successfully going through the n400 interview

I'd like to add when my husband and I went to get his stamp yesterday the IO wrote in red pen under the stamp the "bug" case number.

Same under mine stamp...

I saw that my case „the I-751“ was transferred today to the local office again after the two transfers end feb and beginning of March... plus when check the cases around me it’s says they are all offline... anybody the same status?

I just went over my passport to look for “bug” on my stamp. Didn’t find anything like that. But I just saw that IO started to write my WAC # and name on one page, made a mistake in my name, crossed out whatever he wrote and put a stamp on another page. So one page is trashed by IO. Now my new passport is ruined. Not so  beautiful and clean anymore   bad bad IO

Congratz! movement with your case is always good news for CSC. Did you apply for N-400?

No, I didn't apply for N-400.

"We took action on your case..." Maybe it was just wiping off the dust... but what whatever it was/is, I am so happy there is at least some movement...

Will report if and what I receive by mail...

Hello!

I also got 2 emails this morning saying they've taken action on my case. Needless to say I almost cried, lol, boy what a rollercoaster of emotions this process is!

So I logged in to the dhs account as instructed on the emails and got this (screenshot #1).

Note that on the history it shows the case inquiry i made about the ghost notice.

Then I went to myuscis, to double check and compare any updates, and got this (screenshot #2 showing case history).

I don't know what to do at this time...should I get excited? Or just chill cause it just mean they will send me a letter saying my case is still pending, yadda yadda... 😞

What you guys think?

Cheers!

you really should black out your WAC number,  it is not save to show it here

i think you should ask the forum operator to remove this post of yours, so your WAC number wont show

@JReed Your History screenshot looks just like mine... same dates, same actions... I wonder if we get mail in the next few days...

I saw on other threads that a few are getting the case transferred update as of yesterday and today. I wonder if it has anything to do with sending an inquiry about the "ghost update". I amJan 17 CSC filer and I did not submit an inquiry (case transferred 2/26 and 3/4) and have not received another update either.. hmmm..
