Have a look at N400 Feb filers.  Someone on there had a change in status from Minnesota.

I thought you didn't have a choice where it was sent that you had to send it to the closest one to your residence.

i have that question too. i thought one had to file his or her application with the service center that has jurisdiction on the state s/he lives in.

Yes they do, a joint ROC/N400, if memory serves me correct Ohio. On Feb N400 filers, an e filer.
