Usually If it has the arm of the Statue of Liberty it’s an approval.

Good day my fellows; After sending an inquiry yesterday I got an email this morning that said:

 

USCIS has taken action on my case and updated my account. Can't find any updates yet but as usual updated applications are normally slow to reflect so will wait to find out what it is and will report on here. It may be the standard that some of our colleagues here got yesterday that said they would get back to them by April 19th.

what inquiry did you send? 

outside processing time?

not received notice?

Ok guys as I was writing the previous message, I got back to my uscis account and it says my Interview for the N-400 was scheduled. So will update as we go along.

Good morning. Unfortunately, I do not see an arm, can you see an arm on it?   Not sure your timeline.   Have you made an inquiry recently?   Im not sure if its a case transfer, an RFE or an interview.  If I saw an arm of the statue of liberty I would say an approval. Seems like it is from a field office though. Its progress though.

Thanks @shell20 my anniversary was A few days ago 27th I believe. SO i'm sure you're adding mine to your theory to help you study their pattern. LOL

Doesn't matter I checked, 30th April, so you got an interview a month before the 3rd year anniversary, a joint ROC/N400, so my theory is pretty much accurate dependent on field offices and security checks of course.

Any way not trying to take your glory away but what do you think about Ivanlex's letter. I can't see an arm which is disappointing.

Yep, be nice aggressive if that makes sense lol. I mean we have nothing to lose. Its either they respond that its still being processed or RFE or approval or something but it will FORCE them to look at your file for sure.

Hahaha yeah @shell20 your theory is on point. So i believe combo interview for me which I love anyways as I love interviews, much better than paperwork and trails. 

 

P.S. I don't think security checks will stop the interview process though.

So @shell20 what you are saying is. If you apply for N400 while ROC is pending. you should receive an interview 1 month before your 3rd year anniversary? ofcourse not ALL cases but for the most part you think this is what happens?

Yeah the arm not showing will have me thinking but I'm leaning on the side of optimism. So I am almost certain @ivanalex1980 is an approval from VSC. The glory is all ours to share.

I have not made any inquiry at all and the address the envelope has is Vermont service center 

it means it is a field office?
