VSC requested the rest of your I-751 file from your local office???? What? Why would your local office have it and why would they be sending it back to VSC?

The Mis-Infopass strikes again!

Does this confirm the cases were actually transferred?

When are you guys getting the stamp? My extension expires in May, but I'm not sure if I should get the stamp 30 days before or two weeks before? I've heard conflicting things.

I got mine on Tuesday. It was fairly painless. Are you applying for N-400? I timed my N-400 Bio & Stamp appointment for the same afternoon, which saved a separate drive.

Yes, my bio for N-400 is tomorrow. But it's at an Application Support Center. Can you request a stamp on arriving there? How many days before your letter expired did you get your stamp?

I guess you missed the point. They "requested for the rest of his immigration file", according to him, which means the file containing all submitted forms and documents for the adjustment of status. They are probably investigating something. So, I don't think the I-751 wasn't transferred.

Is there a USCIS office nearby? Can you get a late Infopass or attempt. walk-in?

My Application Support Center and USCIS local office are in the same building. My extension letter expires mid-May 2018, and I got the stamp on Tuesday.

How easy was it to reschedule? I remember during the AOS process, the letter made it seem like that's your appointments, and you better be there. I'm just worried about messing up our case if we delay it. I'm also just wondering if by the current processing dates for the CSC if they will even get to that by the time we go on vacation.

Well my husband rescheduled for me as he came back from Dublin and I flew to England. Not sure how he did it, probably rang USCIS.  I would get informed delivery by USPS and then get a neighbour to pick up the post.  I am sure you could reschedule online though.

Could be but then again it could be that the IO actually got it back to front and it was being sent from VSC to the field office.

Sorry for being on here late today, but been doing housework and listening to positive videos. Needed to lift my mood.  Any way folks today I received an email from my N400 account to say my card was being produced, there is no update on the USCIS case status page. I am just shaking my head as I write this, as if I hadn't applied for my N400 would I even know my card is being produced. Weirdly, this email arrive at 6.20 am this morning, so is it a human processing the card or a computer?   Very strange what Derwood posted about the 50 cases, I just don't know what is going on and what to believe any more.   Just feel like I wake up every day in Twilight USCIS Zone.

Any way Guys "Happy Approval Day", may the GC force be with you today! :)
