I have the same saying to send a case inquiry after the 28th. What is supposed to happen when you send one?

They will send you a standard reply of that we will be in touch in April sometime. I guess they then need to give an answer to your inquiry.

of cause they wouldnt, otherwise,  many ppl  would write them 5000 words long essay, and those at uscis wouldnt even understand what ppl are asking for

Everything you put in the online application has to be scanned by you before it is submitted. So if you want a paper trail you could just make hard copies of the documents and save them. 

 haha I know, but like I said paranoid. Always everything on paper. Plus in the online version I cannot modify dates if needed, for example if i forgot the exact date I moved etc.

Hi everyone

I see that people are  sending inquiries, am I missing something? What are those inquiries about? Are they for the i-751 or it is for those that haven't received biometrics for the N-400. Can someone explain it to me please. Thank you.

They are for those of us that received a case update sometime between February 26 and March 5th that said "Case was trasferred to local office" and if we did not hear anything from them by 28th March we should contact them. 

SO yes, that should be for the i-751 and for us that filed for N-400 when we were qualified it could be a shot at getting a faster combo interview scheduled.

Wishful thinking. I think they'd send a letter out stating processing times are now longer and to keep waiting. By the way the case inquiry is optional right? Obviously we are going to do that but I'm asking for someone else.

The case inquiry is asking as to which notice was not sent and there are different options in the dropdown list "Approval", "appointment", "Denial", "RFE", "Other". I am going to send 2 inquiries as in the case status I have 2 dates that said if i didn't receive from them I should send an inquiry. 

 

I am going for the jugular and be extremely cocky and choose approval.
