This would be a joint interview and yes it can happen, even to just a N400 lone filing. JeanneSs received their GC at the end of Feb and filed for N400 and has their interview lined up already.

I contacted another on here who paper filed a month ago. He never got this letter.

So the likely hood as it is possibly a joint interview, would that you may hear around April 22nd. If they sent you for an interview now it would not be a joint one, just for ROC and seeing as this letter was about N400 then they can't interview before the 3rd anniversary and they normally send a letter about an interview date the month before. Not in all cases obviously but in a lot of cases.

oh wow! if it's like that then it's just amazing how fast and cooperative USCIS can be (sometimes)

Look at the Feb filers for N400 not one has been scheduled an interview for N400 until at least a month before the 3rd anniversary of their conditional GC.   Everyone who has an interview lined up has reached that time limit, of a month before their 3rd or 5th anniversary.  Some received interview notices nearly immediately as they were already past this range.

Well obviously there are a bunch of variables here, the field office processing times or security checks. Don't know when you filed or when your 3rd year or 5th GC anniversary is.

I honestly don't know. The only letter Derwood received being combined is that his case was transferred to NBC, but they arent a paper filer.

GC 3 year anniversary: may 22nd

NOA1 date: 3/19/18

sooooo ok: if my extension letter will expire 04/09/18 and i already applied for N400 on 03/14/18 and did a walk-in for biometrics... does this mean i applied too late and can't hope for fast interview anymore?

Nothing to do with your extension letter. Its to do with your GC anniversary, your field office and security checks
