Hey everyone

I was checking the USCIS Processing time and saw this for the California Office:

 

Does this mean that we February filers have 4.5 to 6 months from now before we get decision ?

Precisely; I doubt though it will take that long for us as most of us have applied for N-400 benefit.

It means they are in chaos and that's there way of getting out of case inquiries. However, reading through multiple posts about ROC, seems most cases have been transferred and some people have had an update of you should hear from us by March 28th.  Thats with the 2nd number I think, the one from your NOA1

It could well be, although you only received the update of biometrics on Saturday, so did they send the letter out before they sent an email?  Its all bizarre, although didn't you only just set up your N400 account on Saturday or Friday?

Yes i did get that update of contacting if i have not heard from them by March 28th and that is in a couple of days. Waiting on that hopefully I will get another update as that is the day a month before my 3 year and I have already filed for N400 so fingers crossed I will receive an update either RFE, interview notice approval.

Set it up on Friday night when we got the NOA1 in the mail. On Saturday morning the Biometrics status had been posted.

Looking at your timeline, wouldnt surprise me if on the 28th you actually get an interview date, as you're nearly at your 3 year anniversary on your conditional GC and they normally (if your field office isn't backed up) send an interview a month before the 3 year anniversary of the conditional card, which would make it around March 28th looking at your timeline.
