I cant tell if you are joking or not :lol: Biometrics after 13 months. at this point who knows right? let us know though :D Good luck!

My biometric appointment letter for naturalization looks like this I got it on Saturday not mention att n400 ...........

If you have had your biometrics online it could well be. I can't see the USCIS  sign at the top of the envelope but I am guessing it is just cut off in the pic?

No its not cut off. As of Saturday myUSCIS says Biometrics has been scheduled. But other people's Biometrics letters have the logo on it.
