Where do you see the estimated completion time? When I sign in to check the case status it doesn’t show estimated completion time

His extension letter expired on February 27th. The GC expiration anniversary is May 22nd. From what we understand the letter extends the card by one year. So it's extended till May 22nd of this year. We already scheduled infopass for April 2nd to get the stamp. I kind of hope the ROC is adjudicated before N-400 especially since Minneapolis field office is so slow. It's almost a two year wait. Plus theres a job he wants that requires 10 year card or citizenship.

Yeah, right now, the only thing that we can do is just wait. Your husband is able to show his employment eligibility by the stamp. If they reject it I will definitely say this is a kind of discrimination. If I were you, I will consider file a complain with the EEOC ( US Equal opportunity Commission).

If your husband is applying a federal job he will need a citizenship but other than than the stamp on his password is valid for employment just like someone with a 10 years Green card. The link below give you an idea on how I-9 documents are classified.

Hope this will help.

I am able to see estimated completion time only with my N-400 case. It is on the bottom.

It does not show estimated completion time for the I-751 case.

Oh ok. Thank you.

My I-751 'Last Updated' date on the egov website updated to 03/23/2018 yesterday but no change to the actual online status on any website/app.

I called USCIS and used the case checking service which gives the same dates/status but now says transferred to 'Lees Summit.

20 months.

I said this on another thread. I don't care if it's 20 months as long as they adjudicate the ROC before then instead of holding it hostage with the N-400.

It looks like that your case is transferred to another office most likely to your local office. The next step is, your case will be assigned to an officer who will work on it and eventually make a decision. How long this take, nobody can tell! It all depend on how fast the ''Lees Summit" process cases and how busy the officers are currently. Now matter what, at least your case is moving forward. There is no online update on my case. When I called the customer service number last month, I have been told that my case is transferred to my local office but it is not assigned to a officer yet. It is probably sitting on the shelf somewhere in the mail room. The weird thing is a never received an online notification stating that my case was transferred.

You are absolutely right. At this moment the ROC is our top priority since the N-400 can't be approved with a pending ROC. Let's hope things go smoothly. I am sure it is coming to end soon because it is going to be 14 months of wait soon.
