Well yes they gave me a HUGE bonus and the golden handshake and all that. Funnily enough they mentioned you, said they might pay you a visit for a cup of coffee and a sticky bun! Lol :)

 You should come over too. Happy to see progress at your end. I might expect to have my biometrics in 2 weeks. What is your estimated completion date

For CSC filers, the estimated processing time has been updated to 17.5 - 19 months. You can only file a case inquiry if your case is dated before September 1, 2016.

This makes it extra confusing for me because I had intended to submit a case inquiry on March 28, per the notice that they received my case when looking up the I751 receipt number.

This is all so difficult

Sure although I dont like sticky buns!  Well my estimated time went down by 2 months, the other week it went up by 2 months. see saw Majory Daw!  EST is Sept 2018. However, I don't trust them to change it. They also sent me two love notes too. No idea what the first one was about, something to the effect we have your application and will send you bio metrics details?  Really!  The second one was we have taken some action or something, but they haven't other than the dates changing.  I think they like mind games. I prefer Maghong personally! :)

Probably as thats where the N0A1 come from but Derwood got a letter from the them also to say their case had changed jurisdiction. Could be either but probably NOA1.

Hi guys,

I just got a notice from USCIS in mail saying my case is on a processing hold pending interview. On feb 15 I got an online update saying they are scheduling an interview for me. My question is, how long does it take for them to schedule an interview, I think my local office is Albany, could be Syracuse as well.

I guess it depends on backlog. Any experiences with this?! Thanks!

Has anyone had a similar experience and if so when did you receive your interview?  Thanks in advance! :)

I think the only way us CSC filers will see movement with our cases is if we physically  move and change addresses to where our cases have no choice but to switch service centers.... this almost sounds like a plan :D

haha yes, i was thinking the same. Might as well move to those rural areas where they deal with small number of immigrants where they have a cute little USCIS office. :P

Correction: Hubby received NOA1 for N-400 today he's trying to set up account but is struggling. It's asking him for his DOS id? What and where is that? Is he required to verify his id on MY USCIS what is it for?
