I-751 February 2017 Filers, Part II

Good afternoon February 2017 filers. Congratulation to those already approved. For those that are still waiting for sure it is coming to end soon. I had an appointment 2 days ago and the immigration officer told me that their is a huge backlog of the i-751 cases. They are taking at least 15 months  to be adjudicated. I also did call uscis and the customer service representative told me that my case have been sent to local office but I never received a letter stating that my case was transfer. Have anyone experienced the same situation? I did filed N-400, already did biometric now I am afraid that I will get an interview for the N-400 before the adjudication of the i-751. Good luck to all of you.

If you have a pending I-751 when it's interview time for N-400 they will do a combo interview.

I have no news for today. No snail mail, no updates, nothing. I didn’t have time to come to VJville today, but I am looking forward to hear good news from other residents! 🍀

I hope everyone else gets approve and can take a relief breath....  Thanks for all your help and giving hopes in all of this process especially Shell.

Yes indeed it was quick and painless. Nice guy who does them he didn't even know about the new processing times though!

What did you shop for? Hopefully some amazing thrift store finds? Some Anthropolgie clothes just got donated by a super generous donor and you got to grab all of them, oh wait that is my dream usually 😋😁😂

Well a couple of dresses to celebrate Spring and some beautiful lip glosses and clear nail varnishes for my niece, with flowers in them. So pretty and I have already started to buy her things for her 12th birthday. I love buying for others. I always go to England with more presents than my own clothes. Last time I had to pay for an extra suitcase  just to take the presents i had brought people. I don't mind thrift stores, my friend and I go round them when Im in England. In fact I use to do charity work for a YMCA charity shop many years ago. However, I am tiny and not very tall, so I can't buy much from the thrift stores, as it just doesnt fit, so I normally look at the ornaments and such when there.

Well yes they gave me a HUGE bonus and the golden handshake and all that. Funnily enough they mentioned you, said they might pay you a visit for a cup of coffee and a sticky bun! Lol
