I'm also thinking about applying for the N-400 if I don't receive anything by next month. I become eligible April 10. My question is: When they do the so-called combined interview is it like a naturalization interview or is it like a green card interview with my spouse?

To be honest I have some people go to N400 and the field office didn't even know they had an outstanding ROC case and the IO has simply conducted a N400 interview and then said oh you have an outstanding ROC, I shall look at for you and then we can approve both. I think its primarily a N400 interview and they only ask you to bring evidence for ROC if they see a problem with the case that is very rare. I would say go for it asap or when you are allowed, but thats my opinion.

Yes, I do have several experiences of travelling with the stamp. Normally get secondary, some airline reps know the stamp, some are new and don't but their supervisor steps in and says fine. If they type the number from your stamp its the same as the GC and then they will realise you are good to go. If they are a bit thick just ask to speak to their supervisor.

Thank you its Greeny pink by the way and still no update from USCIS, case is received. Lol

Thank you i really appreciate your answer :)

and my congratulations to you :)

Hey Guys, Have you seen Jan 2017 thread, so many of them are getting new file numbers and moved to Nebraska Service Center. plus some more move notices to Texas

I think we are getting Closer.

A mass transfer then. Not a bug, but a way too try to sort the HUGE back log out. Some on this thread have been moved to either Texas or Nebraska too, one has been moved to a local office. There is a webseminar tomorrow regarding ROC and N400 processing times among others between 3 and 4pm, perhaps this may enlighten us more. Thanks for sharing! :)

I agree 100%, @shell20. Hopefully now having the media also reporting it will help our cases! Fingers crossed, I'm still a believer, lol!

Im glad you do, for a while I thought I was losing my mind thinking those updates were actually things happening and not a glitch/bug. I think we all know now what Ive been saying for months that they had to do something and hopefully these transfers will help with lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of approvals!! :)
