Hey ya'll,

I haven't posted here in awhile because not much has changed since my last post. We applied for the ROC Feb 2017 and N400 April 20th, 2018.

ROC: "Case Was Received At My Local Office" - Feb 26th, 2018

N400: "We reviewed your biometrics" - April 25th, 2018

Is it worth it to try a case inquiry based on receipt date for a case inquiry? California Service Center receipt date for case inquiry is March 3rd, 2017 which means that I could now submit an inquiry but is it really worth it? I mean, what are the odds that they are actually going to check my case? I haven't received an update since February and I'd like to get the ROC approved, if possible, before going for my N400 interview.

Thanks!

Hello, I filed I751 in February 2017 and N400 in april 2018. I called and submitted a case inquiry which was out of processes time so they said that they joint I751 with N400 and

are currently pending and will be adjudicated at the same time.

Hey,

On December 20th, they scheduled my interview and on the 21st my I-751 was moved to a different office.

It appears you will have a combo interview.  Good luck.

Yes, that's what they said!!! But I don't know if they will schedule me for an interview soon or I have to wait another 16 months because that's what the N4oo processing time in my USCIS account.

Hopefully you will get scheduled for an interview soon.  My wife's N-400 processing time showed a wait time of 4 months when she was scheduled

for her interview.  Good luck!

Updating to say there's been no news. I filed with divorce waiver in February 2017 and had an interview in September 2018.

I took an interest in following my status again because I was trying to make travel plans in March/April 2019 that involving leave the US. Looks like I won't be able to do that unless I get an approval between now and end of Feb 2019.

Hello everyone,

I have a question and I hope you could help, planning on traveling back home soon and I noticed that my passport will expire in a couple of months so I was planning on renewing the passport in my home country. However, my husband and I did not legalized our marriage in my home country. Does anyone know if I can renew my passport if our marriage is not legally recognized there? My husband will not travel with me this time so I won't be able to legalize our marriage by myself.

Any advice will be appreciate.

Thank you

SOUND OFF!  Who's still waiting without any news?!?

Santiago , i 751  Feb 2017 CA  filer , n 400 feb 2018 Phoenix filer.

Last notice was Mar 2018 that my i 751 was transferred to Lee's Summit. no news since then.

called USCIS Dec 28 , and the lady on the phone said that my case was still in CA, that it had been sent back to CA the same day it showed up in Lee's Summit?

This lady, unlike the lady i spoke to in July, did say that i'd have an interview for both cases.

I had done a case enquiry for being over the normal time, took about a month just to get an email saying both cases would be adjudicated at the same time, and I understood it to read that both cases were in Lee's Summit.

When I had gone for my N 400 biometrics , march 2018 (literally the day bef ore i got the notice about Lee's summit) had said my citizenship case was already at my local office. When I pointed this out to the lady on the phone, she then said "well, if that's what they say, then that's the case."

(Even thou she'd said that my n 400 was still in Phoenix first and that she had that the i 751 was back in CA.)

But, just out of interest; who's still waiting?

Does anyone know a page that shows % how many Feb 2017 filers have been approved?

Hope everyone is going to have a better 2019 than 2017 / 18.

Applied for I751 on February 2017, N400 April 2018. I called and sent case inquiry because my I751 was out of processing time, so they answered me and said that both applications will be adjucated in the same time and I'm waiting again!!!
