Well you go through the form and the end it tells you what to upload.  Tax transcripts for three years, birth certificates for any children/step children, a copy of your GC and your marriage cert, joint lease, utility bills, health and much the same for ROC but obviously not as much.  Doesnt ask for affidavits or photos or such. Best person to ask I would say @Derwood  they are always on the top of their game.  Plus, you can add documents at a later date, even after submission.  Oh yes forgot they ask for dates that you have been out of the country, you can obtain that information from the i-94 website.  (I think its the i-94) It has a record of all trips taken out of the country, input these and it will calculate how many days you were out of the country. It is quite good, I am impressed for once.

What do you mean by the Tax Transcripts? Do you mean the tax return transcripts, because there are more than one type when I open this link: https://www.irs.gov/individuals/tax-return-transcript-types-and-ways-to-order-them

Or should we print all the types?

I mean the ones you filed for ROC, sorry I don't take much at them when we send them as my hubby is an accountant, so I let him deal with that side of things.  @Derwood has already submitted theirs, so they can tell you which ones. I haven't submitted mine yet as we havent filed this years, although I guess we could upload two of them and then the third later.  @Derwood posts on N400, however I shall let them know youre asking, will pm them for you, or you can pm them.

They are mainly concerned about Return transcripts. It doesnt hurt to send both though... since they are free.

I think the Account transcripts are used to show that you have paid your taxes (if you ever needed to pay anything)

 

I have always just sent both.

 

For AOS and I-751. I will be sending both for N-400 too. I've never had any complaints about sending those.

We didn't send any photos for our ROC but we sent everything else. Simply because we don't have many photos together because we don't like photos. I think K-1 is the only form that REQUIRES photos to prove you've met the other person in person. But yeah ROC is basically" send your whole life in paper to us"lol. Citizenship doesn't require as much volume.

The GC will be with you shortly. How strange you mention Percy Shelley. My mum read his poetry whilst pregnant, hence how I received my name. I was named after a famous poet, who was expelled from Oxford University and who is a man!

Also all he needs to say is he's there for the stamp correct? Does he need to have a good reason to get one? We wish for him to have one in case of emergency travel or in case his current employer asks for it in the future. Is that a good enough reason for them?

My husband dropped me off by the building because there weren't many parkings left on the street, but i am pretty sure you can get a paid metered parking on the street. 

I am not sure about the penalty for cancelling the infopass appointment. 

All i said was to get a stamp without any explanation. But if they need one your explanations sounds pretty darn good..

i just got a letter saying that my i 751 case was transferred to Texas service center from California service center............i dont see any processing time info for texas online.....anyone else got this or know anything about this or got anything similar

My personal view is that they are so backlogged that they are sharing all the files that havent moved with whom ever to get through them. Another person received a letter today but is going to let us know about it when they get back from work.

So apparently on a ROC page on FB, another case has been transferred from CSC to TSC, guess it must be a mass transfer of cases whether its to TSC or field office, or NBC.
