We just got our interview scheduled for our pending 400 application. i-751 was transferred to NBC on May 3. I am guessing it will be a joint interview for i-751 and i-400. I am the U.S. citizen - should I assume that I will need to be available for the interview in case it's a joint interview? I am guessing more info will be shared in the interview notice...

Yes, you need to attend  in case officers want to see you. It will be a joint interview.

Good luck

I hear you! Last night I looked the cases around mine (wac1712600xxx) and it just feels like they skipped me, like: you're good...you're good...oops, not you...you're good...😒

I guess we will have to keep our fingers crossed we're going to be next! :pop:

Wouldn't feel too picked on. I did a  wac1712600000  100 and 71% are still waiting like you.  Did mine and it is under 32%   with over 58% already approved with green cards.

Lies Lies and Statistics  LOL

it will surely make all immigrants' lives more difficult, in one way or another.

Gah having the stamp in the passport really makes life slightly more difficult if you travel - second screening every time you pass the border for example.  Had to battle with the BMV for days before they finally processed my driver's license change from one state to my new state as an exemption because they've never seen the stamp before.

Using the app to search for cases mine is amongst tons of transfers - mine is in TX, RFEs, and approvals with cards being delivered (out of the 500 (all forms) visible after mine - 65 approved, 40 RFEs, and 395 Other, meaning transfers  where I-75 has 9 approved, 40 RFEs, and 383 transfers).  Kind of sucks seeing this information...

I signed in USCIS dhs website for the first time today, and it says i should contact them if i don't rcv a  notice by Jun-5th which i didn't. What should i do next? the egov website had no such information

were your case transferred? if yes, do you receive the notice about the transferring through mail? if u didn't receive it, i think you have to call them and let them know. I think the native is for the transferring, not the approval.

I was looking at processing times online and it seems like it varies from 17 months to 33 months. That means roughly 3 years. Am i reading it right?

No.

California is 18 to 20.5   you cannot do an inquiry until  after Oct 15   That is when we would be outside normal processing times.

Vermont is 13 to 16.5  and if you are a February filer of 2017 you can Inquire about a case outside normal processing times in a week or so.

Late July/early Aug you can get a case inquiry depending on file date.

Field offices are a different story and it would depend on where you filed.  if you are here in the USA you should have filed at either California or Vermont.

They then transfer them depending on case loads.

I would think most of us will here in the next 45 days. I'd bet we are 75% approved  22% pending documents or RFE's and 2-5% declined or didnt file correctly.

I just did a 200 sample of I-751  with  WAC1713900000  to WAC17139002000 and 55% are already approved.

Get the  CASE TRACKER AP  much easier and a lot of cool links

It shows more info than the  USCIS does.
