Hi,

Feb 2017 filler in VSC.

Just got letter from USCIS, to be honest I thought is interview invitation or maybe the " we will send you the card letter"

But NO, its  THIRD biometric appoitment letter.

The first time I went it was in March 2017,  then 2nd letter was in December 2017 and I thought maybe its another stuff they need and I was told It was a mistake.....and now the 3rd??? 2 hours drive one way to that office.

Anybody had that happened?

Where should I call to get answers?

If you received a letter asking for biometrics I don't think there is anyone you can call or much they can do for you; you most likely will have to attend.  That is weird that you have to do it for the 3rd time., my wife has only done once.

My lawyer said more and more cases are being called for multiple biometrics and that they are looking intensely at documents. They have been making a lot of mistakes too though. :(

Good Morning everyone, Well I started my immigration process back in June 2014 with AOS from K1. On June 2018, I ended it with been a naturalize citizen of this great country. I am proud to be an American. To vj and everyone, I say thank you for sharing your experience. Throughout my journey, I never consulted or use a lawyer. I used vj and read the forms. Whenever I filled out forms for all my immigrations process, I read, marked, submitted and presented whatever the applications requested. So to everyone, believe in yourself, be bold, obey the laws, follow the regulations, never be afraid and be confidence in your application when submitted as long as you meet the requirement. Go for naturalization if you want to. If not, keep your GC for as long as you want. I will be here to share any info about my process to help others. Thank you all and good luck. God bless you all and bless American.

Yes, I would understand if they would take fingerprints on 2nd app, but they didnt and if they wont the 3rd time I will be very frustrated. I call the number on the letter and talked to 4 agents......one even told me to find myself number to that office that I should go and call them and he disconneted(tried that but could find it and another agent was not able to give it to me, because she tried like me on the website).

The other one was nicer, but looking at his screen he couldnt give me any answers what to do with it ( he was higher in that call center ranks, not just info man), so after 30 minutes of searching he just said that I need to go because he doesnt see any other solution.

I would ask to speak to a tier 2 officer. 3 bio_metrics appointments is as you know bordering on ridiculous. It's either another of USCIS errors or the 2 Nd biometrics did not capture your fingerprints correctly. I most certainly would not let it lie if it was me for the simple fact that 3 biometrics is not needed if done correctly and secondly it's not fair you should keep having to take time out or time off work to keep attending. Someone who has access to this info on their computer should actually be able to enlighten you. Good luck and I hope it gets resolved.

Removal of Conditions..  TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK

Time to reset the tick tock clock again.   Roll my eyes.

Oops sorry I reread you did escalate it, perhaps escalate it again as I'm sure there is someone even higher up.
