They are spreading out the work load. Some centers are back logged more than others. So they are just spreading it around.

California Service Centers turn times are excessive. So they are sending cases to other service centers to help out.

Most likely you are still a few weeks/month out.

It was already sent to another center. So this is the second place it has been sent to within the past few months.

Hello friends!

I was here wondering about the processing times (the 6 weeks average some members are reporting) for files that have been transferred to Nebraska/Texas...should we count weekends too? Or just working days?

It's been 76 days (weekends included) since my case was transferred to Nebraska and I am starting to freak out, again... ☹

I dont think anyone has an answer for it. I just hope it's over soon since it has been a very long time. And since we got transferred, there's no way we can check for the processing time. it has been 6 weeks for me and I still havent heard anything either.

Sorry to disappoint, but this thread is mostly made of cases that were filed back in Feb of 2017.  If you have just filed March of this year than you have a while before your conditions are removed, but hopefully not as long as  some us have waited, I hope they fix the system and make thins go faster.

It has been over 6weeks for most people transferred to Nebraska. I read somewhere it now takes "a minimum of 90days after transfer to NSC," including weekends. There is no way of telling how they process these cases, I don't believe they follow the first come first serve rule anymore. Hang in there!

Who ever is quoting 6 weeks is pulling that number out of thin air or someplace the sun does not shine.  There are no statistics or way to trace the turn times.   I'm over a 100 days and that is a lot more than 6 weeks.   USGIS does not track NSC. So, your guess is as good as any ones here.  The good news is some people who got transfered are getting approved and are  Feb 2017 sub and transferred in March 18 to NSC  so.. get your popcorn and hurry up and wait.

:pop:hahaha!

Yeah, I know there's no way of checking their turn times, which is a bummer.

I was just hoping, you know, for some magic numbers or maybe a clairvoyant amongst us here to check on their crystal ball who's next...

It is just frustrating to being kept in the dark for so long. One would think that roc would be pretty quick considering that before being admitted to the country they had our lives scrutinized.

Oh well, back to waiting...

Cheers!
