Another question. I am all over the place sorry guys.

At my i551 stamp the officer took my fingerprints and took a picture of me. Is it normal?

I129F sent : 20/12/2013

I129f received: 26/1/2013

NOA1 notification: 01/01/2014 heart.gifheart.gif

Alien registration number changed :03/01/2014

NOA2 notification: 04/02/2014

Case number: 14/02/2014heart.gifheart.gif

Embassy recieved: 19/02/2014

Fee paid: 26/02/2014

P3 recieved: 03/03/2014

P3 sent: 04/03/2014

Interview day : 07/05/2014goofy.gifgoofy.gif

Side note: the officer told me that I could reschedule my combo interview and will be interviewed in 3,4 months after the rescheduling. I don’t know how much he knows but he said I will have my interview August September or October. 

For me, DO NOT reschedule your interview. If anything move your study abroad another couple months and clear this one out. With the way this administration is going it will be wise since you’re almost close to done to do it ASAP and get it done with. But with the visa process Spain consulate is very flexible and considerate especially if you have documents to back it up. I will take All USCIS correspondences as well as interview letter and anything that will show that you are legal and will return back.

Thanks Haji. I heard you. No, I definitely will ask for multiple entrances and come back for the interview if I have too. I only need to if the interview in October, i don't leave till the very end of September. I hope to GOD it will be done then. 

 

Applying the Schengen visa soon and will keep you updated. Have you applied with the Spain consulate before?

Yes I have applied for Schengen visa at the Spain consulate severally and I would have to say it was each time I applied the easiest visa process I had gone through. And some of those times that I applied I missed something or the other and they were very compliant and patient with me.

Filed I-751 on February 15th 2017

NOA received on February 17th 2017

Case got transferred to local office on February 26th 2018 then March 5th 2018

Case got transferred and another office has jurisdiction on March 14th 2018

May 22nd 2018, name updated

June 13th 2018 card in production

June 15th 2018 we emailed your card to the address you gave us.
