Do you see statue of liberty in background? If yes, that is approval. Just look carefully in scan copy of the mail.

hi I have question: I am I 751 filer and the case still pending. Can I still file medical ? Do you guys think medical will hurt my I 751 case ? Thank you so much.

Medical for what?  You would only need a medical for K1 or AOS, you dont need one for ROC. Unless you are talking about joint medical evidence? And no you can''t add to your documentation unless they send you an RFE.

Have you applied for N400?  Unfortunately, its not an approval as I dont see an arm of the statue of liberty. If you have applied for N400 it may be a NOA1. If not it could be a notice to say your case has been transferred, or an rfe.  Sorry wish it was an approval. Probably not a NOA1 as that would come from Lees sumit, so I am thinking a notice of transfer.

Ah Bummer. I'll keep you guys updated!

I would say it was a letter probably to say that another office has jurisdiction over your case, did you apply for N400?   If so it will be that basically telling its gone to NBC so they can book a interview for you, if not if could be a letter informing you that your case has been transferred to your local office, you have an rfe, or an interview.  Good luck and let us know.

I have the exact same date on mine, I wonder if they mass requested Feb filers?

I hope this means progress on our cases. On my original GC process I received a call from the Cleveland office saying they were requesting my file, and a month after that I got a notification that my GC had been ordered back in 2015. Maybe we will hear in early April?

I doubt that will happen now, but maybe an interview for my N400 soon would be amazing!

Basically means there is movement with your files. Now it could be its come out of storage and in the office ready to be looked at, or its going to be transferred to either your local office or NBC, normally if you have filed joint ROC/N400, so they can sort out an interview for you. If this happens you will receive a letter like @Derwood did to say your case is under a different jurisdiction.

Ah no, we have not filed for a N400.

When we went to the our Local Omaha, NE office for the Infopass the officer stated that it will be another 3 months of wait to get the green card.

I think this a letter that is probably telling you either your case has been transferred to another office, or an RFE. Doubt its an interview. However, whatever it is, its movement on your case and you being CSC is wonderful news, shows they are moving a lot quicker than they were last year.  Please let us know when you receive it, so we can share information to help others. Good luck! :)

Heck no, they offered me coffee, then they invited me to a presentation about VJ and started laughing their socks off after listening to the stories that are told in VJville , especially the   plague (virus/bug) that has been affecting it recently! Then they just sat there talking about how they could go backwards with processing times.  One of them was in a cold sweat as they had to press an approval button, I glanced at them, so they couldn't see me staring and I saw their hand shaking badly. Their co workers comforted them, when they burst into tears and the manager declared that it had affected the centre so badly that they probably needed counselling.  They were sent home early and told to take it easy for the rest of the week.
