@shell20 You always say the kindest words Shell!  May I ask if there is a story behind your username or was it absolutely random?🐚

Also guys any idea on the latest approved CSC applicant? Anyone observed any trend in faster adjudication for ROCpending, N400 applicants ? Thanks to all of you🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼

Its part of my name, although Im not 20, its the only number I could get that wasn't used up.  And the person I saw who applied for ROC while N400 pending is a Feb filer Pat80, interview in a couple of weeks time. :)

All this time I thought CRI-89 receipt number was the same as the one in my extension letter... it’s not. So I typed in the receipt in my extension letter and found out that on March 5, 2018, my local office received my case. I sent my packet February of 2017! What does this mean? My case was not transferred to a different service center but why did they just received my case??? So odd.

Yep sounds like its come out of its hibernation, probably because its spring time shortly.  They should be looking at your case shortly I think. I say I think as we can never be too sure. However, your file is free, hopefully the jailers will now give it probabtion! :)

We finally just secured a infopass appointment for a stamp! I was wondering if @PositiveThinkerknows what the parking is like or do we have to park on street?

Also in case of an emergency if something came up and we needed to cancel is there a penalty for it?

Also all he needs to say is he's there for the stamp correct? Does he need to have a good reason to get one? We wish for him to have one in case of emergency travel or in case his current employer asks for it in the future. Is that a good enough reason for them?

@PositiveThinker can you help about the parking details.

You don't get a penalty for cancelling, so don't worry.

You just say you're there for an info appointment, give the security guard your appointment letter, expired GC, passport or state id.  Then you go through security with purses/handbags, electronics, belts etc (anything that may make you beep)  You will be directed to the office where the info pass is held. You then sit until your name is called out. In Pittsburgh you need to put your letter in a tray, before you sit down. Can't say if you have to do that at your field office.

You just tell them you need it for work or travel, or that the extension letter that extends your card is about to expire. Remember its not your fault that they are taking so long with your case and you shouldn't have to be penalised for their misfailings.

I have the exact same date on mine, I wonder if they mass requested Feb filers?

I hope this means progress on our cases. On my original GC process I received a call from the Cleveland office saying they were requesting my file, and a month after that I got a notification that my GC had been ordered back in 2015. Maybe we will hear in early April?

I doubt that will happen now, but maybe an interview for my N400 soon would be amazing!

Well the extension letter has already expired back in February but we haven't hit the expiration anniversary for the GC till may 22nd. So is the letter still considered expired?

Have you applied for N400?  Unfortunately, its not an approval as I dont see an arm of the statue of liberty. If you have applied for N400 it may be a NOA1. If not it could be a notice to say your case has been transferred, or an rfe.  Sorry wish it was an approval. Probably not a NOA1 as that would come from Lees sumit, so I am thinking a notice of transfer.
