Approval letter today. So proud and relieved. I applied with a divorce waiver and didn’t even need to interview. So anyone else out there who is getting divorced or divorced you can still be approved without interview.

I"m a feb -17 filer, (n 400 feb 2018), case was transferred to Lee's Summit March 7  2018, no news since.  (581 / 202 ,   and 233 days )

I called USCIS number, and asked to talk to Tier 2. I told them that my USC spouse left without notice june 29 2018, and that we just managed to serve her a few days ago. (no divorce finalized) .

Tier 2 started off by saying I should just keep waiting, keep waiting , that there's nothing that can be done, but when i insisted a bit, i got an email address to that NBC.

My point was mainly to see if I have to update USCIS in regards to my situation. (I'm fairly confident I don't until I have the divorce decree, but some ppl have hinted to the fact that their cases were fast tracked once they reached out to tier 2 / NBC's.)

Let's see if I get any updates.

Hi,

Does anyone have any experience with RFE?

We sent our RFE response out early this month and it was received on September 4th. Can you share how long it normally takes to hear back from them after RFE? I've been checking the case status online every day and I'm getting really anxious! I think the end of my extension is coming up in November, based on the 18-month extension letter they sent me. But the extension stamp on my passport is until January next year. Which one do I follow? When should I start contacting them or getting another extension? Who do I contact? So many questions and uncertainties...

Thank you!

Our RFE took about 2 weeks to get approved. This was sent to Nebraska office. First we received status update that new card is being produced, then a few days later status changed to case approved. Hang in there and good luck.

Hey guys
Did anyone experience this:
I had a combo interview exactly a month ago. Both cases(N400, I-751 were approved on the same day. Online status for i-751 changed to ''New card is being produced"; The N400 changed to " Oath Ceremony will be scheduled (We placed you in line for your oath ceremony and will send you a notice for Receipt). 2 days later they send me an approval letter.

But, unfortunately,as of today, I haven't received anything else from USCIS.Just curious if this is normal?

Thanks

I have been following this thread for a while now. Just want to do quick update. I am from the Los Angeles area, so the CSC is handling my case.

Last week on 9/27/18, I received an appointment letter for the N-400. The appointment for N-400 interview is for the first week of Nov. 2018

Waiting for them to approve my  I-751 was taking forever so I applied online for the N-400 on 2/15/18 when I was eligible.

This is probably a combined interview because they have not approved my I-751.

I applied for the I-751 on 2/15/17. I logged into the USCIS and check for the status of my N-400, I can view the appointment letter.

When I checked the status for the i-751 using the Receipt Number WAC it says:

Good luck everyone!

Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction

On May 3, 2018, we transferred your Form I-751

Good Morning All,

Filed I-751 with a divorce waiver in February 2017.  NOA1 Feb 17, Biometrics Mar 17, RFE for more evidence of co-mingling of finances on July 18, 2018. Responded to RFE Sept 26, 2018, case approved October 1, Card mailed Oct 3, 2018.  It has been a long wait.  Won't be fully relieved until the card is in my hand 😌🙂
