It is an RFE but Its just that I missed three questions. They attached and circle the questions so they are not asking for a bunch more info.

But I dont understand when they say

"Complete the items circled in red on the attached copy form I-751 and return the marked and initialed copy to USCIS. If any item does not apply, write N/A"

Hi do you mind sharing what questions were circled?

this worries me!! i have some questions left blank, like:

other name used

middle name

If the marriage through which you gained conditional residence has ended, provide the date it ended (date of divorce or date of death)

information about your children(we don't have any children)

it's such a waste of time if I get a ref for filling out N/A for these questions lol

Lol yeah I missed questions that was on page 2 of the form at the lower left talking about if I was ever convicted. Not the N/A ones or other names.

well my final wait is over.   We have all 3 cards in hand.

the I-751a  for the kids finally arrived on Sept 1st

We were approved on July 18th.. so well over 60 days to get cards.

Wife got her card in under a week.   But they help the kids for some reason.

Most likely the name change.   As we did an adoption in the middle.  I did NOT need to file the change of name form and pay extra $$  🙂

I just mailed the new birth certificates to  Nebraska and asked if they would add this to the file and change the last names .. and they did 🙂

Next steps is  Citizenship for the kids.

Received word yesterday that green card is being produced. Despite knowing that's the message, I found it strangely anticlimactic because it didn't even say "You're approved" or anything like that. :D

Keep the faith to those still waiting! I was searching 50 applicants before and 50 after and there were 16 still waiting. Now 15.

Hi All

FINALLY!!!

On September 6, 2018, the Post Office picked up mail containing your new card for Receipt Number EAC17xxxxxxx. We mailed your card to the address you gave us.

(Vermont filler. Transfered to local office on 8th of April)

It took 1 year, 7 months and 2 days.

Thank you for all your advices and good luck to those who still wait.
