So im trying to have my naturlization fee waived, i see i have to send the request plus the application for citizenship same time, do i also need to send a check with the application in case the waiver gets denied? How does it work? Because the citizenship is for me but me and my wife recieve snap benefits and therefore i think because of that we can request to have the fee waived? Let me know

You have to send N400 and I912 together without the payment. Make sure you send the proof that you qualify for the fee waived. If USCIS not approved the fee waived, they will send a letter which not approved fee waived and request for the payment.
