Hmm, MDL hypocrisy at its best.  I don't remember seeing your support of Sarah Palin when she was suing the NYTimes for similar false stories.  I am all for this family suing Fox, but I imagine the outcome will be similar to Palin's.

you say similar false stories, plural..but it was one ny times piece in which a correction was issued. has fox/hannity issued any sort of correction to the multiple seth rich conspiracy stories they've been peddling for over a year?

Did you read the OP?  The FoxNews story was retracted/corrected.

retracted and corrected aren't the same thing. the fox story wasn't corrected, it was retracted (note i asked if it was corrected) because it was bs from the get go. big difference between the two suits and you claimed similarity. fox had to remove the whole story it was so off base. the ny editorial is still there with a correction at the bottom..https://www.nytimes.com/2017/06/14/opinion/steve-scalise-congress-shot-alexandria-virginia.html

On May 16, a story was posted on the Fox News website on the investigation into the 2016 murder of DNC Staffer Seth Rich. The article was not initially subjected to the high degree of editorial scrutiny we require for all our reporting. Upon appropriate review, the article was found not to meet those standards and has since been removed.

We will continue to investigate this story and will provide updates as warranted.

rich wasn't on the level of palin, and it wasnt until fox added fuel to the conspiracy fires that suddenly everyone was talking about him.
