About Beneficiary Employer form l-129f

Hello everyone, i just want to ask about the form l-129f, beneficiary employment history, (im the beneficiary) theres a part on the form Employer 1 and Employer 2, in employer 1 im really confused  coz i dont have work now so what i will need to write? Its is none, N/A or i leave it blank? Then in employer 2, asking past 5yrs of work,, yes i do have work before but its start 2010 then i end of work 2013.. they ask only past 5yrs of work so 2010 is not counted.. what i need to write in employer 1 and employer 2 🙁 im so confused and i just want to make sure.. pls enlighten me Thanks in advance.

If you didn’t have a job you need to write unemployed.

They ask name of employer so i. Will put "unemployed" then i will put N/A to all or leave it blank? Also the start date of work and end date of work should i put N/A? 

 

And what about my employer 2, the past 5yrs work.. i start working 2010 and end work 2013 do i need to fill up that employer 2 or i will put N/A also coz they ask only past 5yrs of work...
