Hi everyone,

I'm filing for my mother and sister separately, I'll be sending I-130, G-325A, G-1145 forms and other evidences like birth certificate, passports and so on.

Can I file I-864 along with I-130 or do I need to file I-134 instead? or do i have to wait till I'm requested to file any.

Also, do I need to send my Tax Returns along with I-130 forms?

Thank you

I864 for Mother will be sometime next year, for Sister a few decades.

are they both here in the US? because your sister doesn't qualify to get a GC in the US

the G325A isn't in use anymore, where are your mom and your sister?

Both are overseas.

So don't fill G325A anymore?

So, I can't submit in advance, maybe it would save the time they request it and me sending it?

nope

for now you can only file the i130. it will take 5 to 9 months for approval. the approved i130 will be sent to the NVC, or National Visa Center. they will give you step by step the forms, payments and documents that you need to send for your mom until the case is complete, and she gets her interview

the process for your mom will take 12 to 14 months
