Hi my sister( us citizen) want to apply for my mum ( bangladeshi citizen) for parents visa. If any one  please show me the appropriate link for filling i 130 form and relevant documents. Also who should be payable $535 cheque? Thank you.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

If your mother is elderly you should look into researching health insurance for her also.

after she gets to the US. Your USC sister would be financially responsible for mum

Not for visa purpose. But insurance is an important aspect of living in the US and many immigrants under-research it. When bringing over elderly parents they often are shocked to discover insurance can be hundreds or even thousands of dollars a month.
