Signature is not required on PP photo. Just write the name and A number if availble.

G-325A is no longer used for most of the petitions, what you are filing for?

Thanks for the reply. We are applying for the K1 visa.

I am trying to understand a few things...

1.) are the G-325a forms still actually required for both petitioner and beneficiary? or is it obsolete?

2.) where do I attach the photos and how do I attach them?

Thank you!

** also, the only reason I think the G-325a is required, is because of the "example" Cover Letter linked in the K1 Guide on this website. This cover letter implies G-325a is required, and I think its confusing me?

^ Why does this reference G-325a? Is it out of date?

Well in my case F2A.  Uscis sent us a RFE because they wanted form G-325A.

G-325a isn’t required for K1. They have included all sections of G-325a into i129f. The instruction might not have been updated. Read i129f instruction from uscis for updated requirement.

you can just attach photos on the i129f form using paper clip or put photos in a small clear bag and clip the bag to the form.

Excellent information guys!! Thanks for the update.

It appears the K1 visa guide/example cover letter is simply out of date, and should not list the two G-235a documents. This is where my confusion came from. I also noticed that the G-235a details was just repeated information from the I-129f form. It seemed redundant and it was!

Just to clarify and re-iterate, the K1 checklist is currently (03/13/2018) technically correct, but the example cover letter mentioned in the K1 checklist incorrectly lists the two G-235a forms.

Thank you so much for your help on this issue!

We only sent I-130 back in 2016 when we filed.
