Please add more details like when you sent your package and to which service center. Looking at the receipt number, you probably sent it to CA. There is an ongoing thread about this very topic for last few weeks. Many of us are seeing this message.  Your status reads "transferred to another office" which is slightly different from the status discussed in the below thread.  I am sure others will add their thoughts, in the meanwhile, please read,
