It is my understanding that only 1 month prior notice is given for interviews in Juarez for those seeking consular processing (my spouse is from Mexico and we filed a DS-230 application for immigrant visa).

I have heard that there is a website where you can view your interview date even before the NVC notifies you of when it is. Having more advanced notice would help tremendously with planning for my wifes departure and living arrangements.

Does anyone know where this magical website is located that posts the interview date for a given immigration case, specifically a case being reviewed in Juarez Mexico at the US consulate general?

CDJ doesn't provide much information on their website and as far as I know there is nowhere to view interview dates. What you can do is email them and ask about the date. It takes about 12 months from the date the file is received in CDJ for a date to be scheduled and I believe they notify you more than 1 month in advance.

Only other thing you can do is call the DOS at 202.663.1225 Then press 1, then press 5, then press 0. Have NVC case number, and spouse DOB handy.

They can give you interview date and time the moment the consulate posts it.

I called them one time a week on Fridays, and knew the interview date before the invitation packet was sent to my SO.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
