Requested Alll I am new on this Forum regarding my sis immigrant visa application if any one can help me out of that .

My story is I am usa citizen I was apply for ma mom immigrant visa petition in 2015 she came to usa in 2016 as an immigrant green card.

One of my younger sister on that time 19 years old .when my mom came to usa she apply for her immigrant visa under 21 age .

And her visa will be approved on uscis and olso NVC assign the case number on Jan 2017 .

She pay alll the fees like affidavit of support and all the fees and I am olso send the affidavit of supported doc for my side.

On Nov 21  2017 she is 21 years old . But I was submittd all the fees and stufff.

I call today to NVC  asking about the case of her on 12 March 2018 the lady told me me she is on CSPA .

I don't know what is CSPA means ? The lady told me we are waiting for the Decision.

My question is is there any problum cause my live in usa and she is the only her child who is live in pakistan .

Is any one can help me is she can get this immigration visa on the behalf of my mom or not ?

If any one can face the same problum or pls update me over here .

Regards

she will, but the problem could be if she isn't covered under CSPA, meaning immigration froze her age and even if she turned 21, she won't change category

if they would change her to the category of children over 21 of a resident, the wait will be several years longer

so hopefully she can keep her category as a minor under 21

You can put the applicable date in this page to calculate her CSPA age:  https://www.***removed***/immigrant-visa/cspa-calculator/

I m worried about cause the nvc rep is very rude to me even I just ask the question what is the status of my sis status she just told me she is on CSPA under review .

That I don' know about what is that bec her immigrant visa application is approved before she turn 21 last year

So I m worried about that bec many people told me I'm the application is approved before 21 she is good to come.

She is the only my sis n my mom is widow she is live with Me here in usa and I did pay affidavit of support fees online and the other all fees require even I m send my all tax doc and every thing to them .

If I understand it correctly, CSPA allows some people who have been petitioned, to be considered less than 21 years old for immigration purposes.,,,,so i don't think you should worry yet.  Just let the immigration people process.........or you could hire an attorney..
