Hi guys, I got a good news!

On May 29, 2018, we approved your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WACxxxxxxxxxx. We will mail your approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Guys, this was mentioned before and should be stickied. We are happy for all approvals but this is a forum to gather data and patterns on how, why, where and when things are getting approved.

Commenting you got approved means nothing to further the discussion, we need what center you filed, when, joint or waiver, interview or not, transferred to NBC or other place, filed for N400 or not etc etc

with this, your casing can help us get a glimpse of whats going on and what to expect.

Meanwhile 31 days and counting.. is fun to experience that somehow when I cross a bp checkpoint with my company car they hardly ever ask for my papers.

October 2016 I-751 filed

December 2016 GC expired

December 2017 paper GC issued valid for another year.

February 2018 case transferred to 'local' office

March 2018 RFE received

April 2018 Answer to RFE received

May 1st 2018 case transferred to NBC

Hi. Any new updates for any one on the transfer? I had my i751 transferred to NBC on March 22. Applied n400 on March 7 as I thought this would help speed up the process. Up to now, still no new updates

I submitted a case inquiry on June 16, got a letter saying that my case in within processing time. I dont know why it sould say that, when clearly it's not

I received last week an answer to my inquiry, I submitted it after 60 days has passed since the transfer to the NBC. (only I-751)
Answer was that my case is still pending at my local office and I should receive a decision in the next 120 days.

So continue to be patient.

Sorry to hear that your wait is so long, JohnInTX.  I just (7/19/2018) got a status change notice indicating my case (only I-751)  is being transferred to another office and am waiting for an official letter to see if it's "transferred to NBC" notice like everyone seem to have gotten.  I hope you get your approval soon!

Status as of today.

My letter said to schedule an interview. Not everyone has that same sentence.

Will just continue to keep my patience ;)

Today I received a letter for an appointment at my local office next month. Guess that is the interview that they were scheduling since May 1st.

So guess the case inquiry stirred some things up.

My i 751 (feb 2017 ) was transfered to Lee's Summit march 2018.

I can't seem to find the processing times for that form for that location.

Did everyones case that was sent there get approved within 2-3 months?

did you go to your appointment alone

My wife was not feeling well so I did go alone otherwise we both would have gone. I admit it is confusing as the letter only states to bring your documentation and is not specific about the spouse.

My IO was also not sure so she went to her supervisor and came with the answer we had to reschedule the appointment as we both had to be present. It could be the same day at 2pm or otherwise in 2 weeks. My wife had a job interview that afternoon so we went back together 2 weeks later.

Same thing happened with me . Any updates please?

We went 2 weeks later, IO was complaining about our health insurance changes (as it looked shortly before the interview we wanted to look married again) When we told that my wife lost her fixed job and did not have benefits working as a PRN and that I only had benefits since July she relaxed. At the end of the meeting she told us she would approve my case, two weeks later had my green card.
