Hey everyone just looking for a little guidance here.

I'm currently visiting my fiancé in the USA and we haven't got our visa accepted or anything of the sort yet but we were thinking financially wise getting it done over here in the USA it's only 180$ compared to all the travel, hotel and UK cost which is nearly double for the medical alone.

Can we get it done over here if I am a October filer? Its going to cost nearly 900-1000£ back home.

Maybe if the medical only has a expiry on it we can do it if its not going to take long?

Thanks all!

I do not think you can do the medical part yet without confirmation from the embassy in your country, but I could be wrong, but I also further believe they only have a 6 month validity.
