Can I provide my spouse with a scanned copy of form I864. I am mailing her the original. Not sure if it will arrive on time before her interview. Can I email her a scanned copy of the form I864 as a back and will the embassy take it if it comes down to it.

as far as I know you do not have to have a wet signature of the AOS, a scanned copy to the interview will be fine.

Hey, did they accept your scan copy of form I-864 or do we need to bring the original copy to the interview?
