My fiance and I are planing on sending the forms to USCIS on april, however I have a trip to the USA in July. Do you know if I would have any issues entering the USA because of the K1 Visa being in process?

Have any of you traveled and have issues? I would rrally appreciiate the input.

Yes you can travel with a valid visitors visa.  You may get questioned by border security in regards to proof you will return to your home country.  Bring evidence of your need to return such as employment letter, return ticket info, or any other evidence that will convince them you will return home.

Like our partners say just bring proof that tied u up to ur home country,

we are KINDA in the same situation we'll file I-129-F ON MARCH 20, But we already have plan 2 trips to USA, ending April and June so i will bring:

-NOA1 copy

-employee letter

-my rent payment.(or lease)

-my vacation request.(because normally ur supervisor sign it and u put the date u come back to work plus the airline tickets matching similar dates)..

-my itinerary  (from the airline).

-My fiancee's sister wedding invitation.

and maybe my car keys hahaha... Jk i mean creative ways to demonstrate i will come back to wait my K1  visa in my country.
