Hello, 

 

I am a f1 student, and I got married to a US citizen 2017 December. I am preparing adjustment of status application to send it in soon, and I have a question for Affidavit of Support form. 

 

In form I-864, Part 6. 18a. I'm not sure if we should say yes or no. 

My spouse did work for 3 most recent years, but she only filed her tax return for 2 of them because for one of them she was included in her parents tax return as their dependent. 

 

What should I say on 6-18a?
