REF to NOA2 timeline

Does anyone know how long RFE's to NOA2 are currently taking?  I swear someone in the July filers thread had something in their signature with a document showing all the times from RFE to NOA2, but I can't find it anymore.

I know it's different for everyone.  But are we talking 10 days?  Or are we talking 45 days?

Any help is appreciated!

They try to adjudicate within 60 days, but the  actual timeline fluctuates form case to case, and depending n the nature of the RFE. What was the RFE for?

For reference, mine took 2 days (after they received it) early last year due to needing evidence that the website we met through was not an IMB. YMMV.

They asked for two things, court dispositions from minor crimes (disorderly conduct) from 2003, and evidence we've met within the previous two years to filing, which was already provided.  But, provided again for the RFE.

What month did you receive your RFE?

Gotcha. I doubt it will take days, but typically something like that would be a matter of a couple weeks or so.

I got the RFE in March 2017, and replied te same month.

Hello @Louis61404

1-  I got my rfe on January 30 2018

2-  secondly, we got to know about rfe on 6 February 2018 by mail .

3-  Then we collected all the documents whatever they have requested from us.

4- We sent back our RFE reply on 12 February 2018 and usps tracker showed us that they received on February 15 2018.

5- After waiting for few days my fiance called uscis about RFE response, they said they already received our case and we should wait for some days as they are reviewing the case.

6- My fiance called uscis again on MARCH 08,2017 and he spoke to tier 2 , the lady was so aggressive, my fiance argued with her about what is taking so long, then she hanged up🤷🏻‍♀️

7- All of a sudden my fiance got email on March 12,2018 that our case was being approved on March 08,2018 already.

TOTAL WEEKDAYS =15

(FROM RFE TO NOA2)

👍🏻😍❤️🙏🏻

Thanks a lot

hopefully my answer can help somebody to get some relief.

That's a quick one.

Mine was received March 7th by USCIS, so hoping for it soon!

As another incentive and heads up, we have already scheduled our interview for April 17 when I will be in Manila.  We could have scheduled it sooner but I already had a visit planned so this worked out.
