I received a notice of action. It said approved and to contact the listed consulate but I find no consulate listed. My fiance attempted to apply for a Visa required a case number. at this point my family is very excited but I'm very confused

Seems our lawyer left parts of my fiance address blank on the I129f. Street name and number are blank... everything is at the embasy for about a week. We are wating for the package to arrive. So far everything has been okay because it was email. Will this package be emailed too. Should I try to contact the embassy and explain. Any advice is welcome. Embassy is Guangzhou China
