Do you have to sign pg.12 (additional information page) of I-130 or do you only have to sign any additional plain sheets of paper you attach?

I didnt sign that page and already sent my package but it's not delivered yet so I can still stop it. Can someone please provide some answers?

Sign only where indicated.  There should be no additional sheets.  If you add a "letter" sign the letter.

This is what's throwing me off a little. Or is it only for any additional sheets(addendum) you attach to the form?
