Hi guys

I'm wondering if someone can help me, I'm really confused about which form to fill in. We have just had our I-129F approved which was a huge celebration, however I now need to fill in a few more forms and getting told different things.

Im from Australia and moving to the USA to marry my fiancé and live.

He recieved an email asking me to register for a non immigrant visa. However as I'm on the website now trying to do that, it says that the non immigrant visas are only for temporary stays.

Min reading further it says the non Immigrant visa application is for reviewing.

Im really confused. Can someone tell me if I need to apply for a non immigrant visa even though I'm planning to stay? Do I fill this in first THEN do the D-160?

Thankyou!!! X

K1 visas are non immigrant visas. You will have to make your way to the US, getting married then you adjust status to a permanent resident. Look at the guideline from the guide drop down menu up top left of this page and follow the steps.
