Immigration visa cancelled. Any chance?

Humanitarian reinstatement is not guaranteed. It's discretionary. And according to USCIS they take into consideration the impact on the family members already in the US, etc. Since they lived apart for many years beforehand, I can't see how them not being able to immigrate to live in the same country as their brother/uncle would have a hugely negative impact. Most of us here have been living in a different country than our siblings for many years. 

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

 

Now a US citizen!

...so you also "forgot to tell" that your main petitioner is dead. Lol.    YOU have to go and tell them stuff like that. Not wait and see if maybe they will find out or not.

Who would file the waiver if it was granted? Are they likely to exercise their discretion to somebody who lied?
