Hello, I need help, on Friday my I130 wich it was filed on 06/26/06 was approved, but because the I130 was taking so long I filed the I129f on 03/30/07 and is still pending. My quetion is in this case what do I have to do? Do I have to cancel the I 129f. Is this will cause any problems with the I130? What do I have to do to cancel the I129f? Does the NVC keep my I130 on hold until the I129f is approve? Honestly I don,t want to keep the I129f because now in my country with the I130 the NVC is making the appt interview from here but not for the I129f. Please help me..
