Required Documents for I-129F K1 Fiance Visa

I have 5 topic questions regarding the required documents to send in with the petition for the K1 Fiance visa (the I-129F) to the USCIS.  If you guys could, please answer the questions with the corresponding question numbers to help keep your answers organized.  Thanks.

Question 1: What is an official US gov website listing all the required documents to send with the I-129F? I found one here: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/family-immigration/nonimmigrant-visa-for-a-fiance-k-1.html#6 But it really doesn't say anything about what to send except for the actual I-129F.  I've checked other websites for the list of required documents, but how legit are these other sites? Are all the things on these other sites REAL REQUIREMENTS or just recommendations?

Question 2: Is the G-325a form still required?  My research suggests that the G-325a is important for getting a green card, but I guess I don't have to worry about that for now?  Also, some research also suggests that the G-325a is no longer required and was actually replaced by the Form I-130A which is to be sent with the I-130 petition, which, I am not sending that petition, only the I-129F.  I'm just a little confused about if I need the G-325a to send with my I-129F petition for the K1 Fiance visa.  Also, is there a difference between the G-325 and the G-325a?

Question 3: Some research I did says I need one 2x2in photo of me and one 2x2in photo of my fiance.  But my research said I'm suppose to attach these to the G-325 form as part of the biographical information.  But again, is this still required? I'm so confused.

Question 4: When they ask for photocopies of my passport, do I need to scan every page?  Do I need to make it into a book?  What exactly do they want?  And some research says they want my passport photo.  Does my girlfriend also need to provide a passport photo?  Then shall we send in our passport photos to the USCIS for the K1 Fiance visa?  Does she need a passport before I send in the I-129F?

Question 5: I don't yet meet the income requirement for the K1 visa.  But that was last year.  This year, I know I can make enough to meet the requirement.  The problem is, I can't give them such information yet, as the year is obviously far from over.  And aside from that, I am still living at home with my parents, so should I tell the USCIS they are my joint sponsors?  Do I need to send in information about my parents' income with the I-129F now or later if asked for it?

No, you do not need to submit form G-325 or G-325a.

Yes, you must submit passport size photos.  See page 11 in the link above.

We did not submit copies of every page, only the identification page in Passport.

You do not need to worry about income at this point.  You will file the I-134 form after you get your NOA2 approval.

It's all listed in the I-129F instructions (linked above). Always read the instructions in full until you understand them.

The VJ guide (linked further above) is current as well.

Depending on the beneficiary's country, you may want to frontload relationship evidence as well. This is not required for the I-129F and will not be reviewed with it, but it is forwarded along with the I-129F documents to the embassy for possible review by the CO beforehand. Again, this is embassy specific.

No need for the G-325A for the I-129F. The questions from it are in the I-129F itself now.

The updated I-130 and I-130A replace the G-325A for a spousal visa petition as well.

The updated I-485 also replaces the need for the G-325A.

In short, the G-325A is not used anymore.

Yes it's required with the I-129F directly now.

The requirement is proof that the petitioner is a USC. This can be via a copy of your birth certificate, naturalization certificate, or your passport. Only one method is needed.

If using a passport, you need to send a copy. Past I-129F editions (circa 2016?) explicitly said to send every page of the passport. This language was changed in 2017 to only say a photocopy is needed, which is ambiguous. People have only sent the bio page and been approved fine. Until they make that explicit in the instructions, I'd personally send all pages. YMMV.

The beneficiary doesn't need to send their passport copy with the I-129F.

The I-134 isn't sent with the I-129F. That will come into play later.

Is it okay a copy made by me, or should it be certified?
