Need help from my situation

I am getting to ready to file form I-864 for our visa interview. My income satisfies the income requirement if I include my income from Canada and the US. I moved back to the US in mid 2017. If I count my income alone in US, it won't be enough. I have filed my 2017 tax return in both countries. Can I include my income from Canada and attach the tax return from CRA (Canadian Revenue). One more thing. Was I required to file my income tax for prior 2 years in the US? I didn't make enough money (0$) to file as far as I know. I did file my Canadian tax return for the 2015 and 2016. Should I include all the 3 years of tax return or just the 2017 tax return for both countries?

You have quite a few problems here. Not only you were supposed to file US tax returns, you also were supposed to report worldwide income on them... You probably should start with amending them....

Does the embassy require just the most recent tax return?

Anyhow, If I file for those years. Can I still include my income from Canada for 2017 to meet the income requirements?

Just to clarify... you didn't make enough money to file, or you didn't make enough money to owe taxes? If it's the former, then you would include a signed letter stating why you were not required to file (and mark the appropriate box on the I-864). if it's the latter, then you should file those tax returns first. USCs and LPRs are taxed on worldwide income, although they can usually exclude most to all of that if they lived abroad for the tax year.

In terms of meeting the financial requirements and showing that the beneficiary will not become a public charge, tax returns are just one piece of the puzzle. For a wage earner, pay stubs and a letter from your employer are usually suitable to verify current income. Note that current income is what you make now, not what you made last year.
