They have my address is WRONG!

Urgh.... For some reason USCIS has added an "APT" into my address. I checked my form and I did not have any apartment... checked. They added this all on their own. :huh:

 

How can I change this?

I signed up for informed delivery and could see that it was supposed to be delivered, but it was not!

NOA1 New Site: March 6th, 2018

NOA2: Sept 12th, 2018

Case # available as well as case leaving NVC both on Oct 1st, 2018

Embassy received on Oct 2nd, 2018

Medical Appointment Oct 12th, 2018

Interview at Ankara Embassy on Oct 22nd, 2018 - APPROVED!

POE San Fransisco on Dec 1st, 2018

Married Dec 10th, 2018

NOA for I-485/765/131 Feb 1st, 2019

Interview for I-485 June 19th, 2019 - APPROVED! (Interview was before we received Work Auth Card!)

If you see it in the informed delivery, that means USPs will deliver it to you regardless of APT add on by uscis. Sometimes, mails appearing on the informed delivery are delivered several days later. 

Spouse:

2015-06-16: I-130 Sent

2015-08-17: I-130 approved

2015-09-23: NVC received file

2015-10-05: NVC assigned Case number, Invoice ID & Beneficiary ID

2016-06-30: DS-261 completed, AOS Fee Paid, WL received

2016-07-05: Received IV invoice, IV Fee Paid

2016-07-06: DS-260 Submitted

2016-07-07: AOS and IV Package mailed

2016-07-08: NVC Scan

2016-08-08: Case Complete

2017-06-30: Interview, approved

2017-07-04: Visa in hand

2017-08-01: Entry to US

Sorry, I figured out how to update address but does this effect my waiting time? 😱

They said to expect a confirmation by 3-22-18.

maybe I should have left it alone ?

Yeah, I went online and changed my address. I don't think it is a big deal, but my postman KNOWS me and still didn't deliver it!!!! :o

I couldn't believe it!

I called the post office and they said it would have been sent back so...... yeah, just in case I would update your address. I don't think it puts us behind in waiting time any :)
