Hi everyone..my story is I came through k1 visa and got married to my fiancee within the 90days but along the line after we filed i765 and i485 she started creating problems and being verbally and physically abusive.it was as if she was getting raid of me and when my work permit came she seized it and refused to give me..fast forward 2days before our interview date for greencard I found out she was getting married to another man(traditional not court marriage) I have evidence of that. So I quickly filed for vawa and the same time I was receiving threats from her so I I went to get a temporal restrain order. Under my vawa petition I filed including i360,i765 and i485 and I got the reciet for all..i just recently received my work permit but I'm wondering if that's a guarantee my case will be approved. Thank u.
