NVC: Types of Affidavit of support for alien spouse

Hi,

 

I am a US citizen and my wife lives in overseas. Her case is now in the NVC. I have already paid the two fees.

When am I filling out the Affidavit of support>> which one should apply in my case, for spouse petition? I-864W, I-864EZ or I-864?

usually  the i864 is used, but if you don't need a joint sponsor, you can also use the i864ez

I the only sponsoring my spouse, there is no joint sponsor

If you can answer the three questions at the top of the form with a yes, then yes.  If you are self employed, use the I-864 instead.
