Hey, I'm sure you see all the steps already and you can also go to uscis.gov they have a list and steps for you. I just wanted to come on and tell you the hiccups i have had and hope that yours can go smoother. I am married to my husband who is moroccan and his visa was refused on feb. 22nd 2018 by the us consulate in casablanca. My research shows me that this is a very hard consulate to go through for the interview but what i could have done better and what i've learned is... We got married on our first time meeting each other and even though i went to morocco a total of 3 seperate times because we married on my first trip they didnt believe the marriage. Also i didnt know how much information i needed to send but apparantly i didnt send enough. if you've already sent your I 130 , then you can focus on your NVC packet. If you havent sent your I130 send everything you can its called front loading the package, everything from pictures like all the pics you have together your wedding ect, statements from friends and family who know your marriage and can say it is real, print offs of any conversations via email, text whatsapp, screenshots of video calls, a statement from you saying how you met and fell in love and why you're in love. Along with any other proof you can think of. You can add all this to your NVC packet if you already sent your I 130 and also add any new evidence that shows your relationship continuing after you sent the I 130. Spend as much time there as you can i know its hard and expensive i can only stay two weeks at a time because of my work. They want to see time together. Unfortunatly the countries both of our husbands are from are also red flagged for people marrying for the wrong reasons so we have to fight through that. I dont want to worry you just prepare you and i'm sure his interview wont be as hard as my husbands but the interviewer was rude and talked fast so that my husband had to ask for a translator and he also didnt look at all the evidence my husband brought with him to the interview! I hope this helps and i'm happy to answer any questions that i can for you about my journey!

Just a note regarding this part of your post, in that USCIS does not issue visas, so their steps don't go to the top.  A person needs to know the Dept. of State's National Visa Center steps, and the specific Consular IV unit's steps too.

There are low fraud, countries, medium fraud, high fraud, and then there's Lagos.  Be prepared.

Thank you. I have a lot of pics to front load as evidence. Where do I pay my fees for the petition?

Clearly, you have not yet become an A-Student or any kind of student of the I-130 instructions.  Start there.  Photos together are good, but you need more than that.  Just what you need depends on your actual circumstances.  How much time have you spent together in person?  What are your respective ages?

First of all, there's no need to be pushy with me. Secondly, I have several successful people guiding me through the process. I didn't come to Visa Journey to be insulted.. because I WILL NOT tolerate it. Thank you, but no thank you .

Good day!

Do you have more evidence than just photos? I ask only because I have been through the embassy twice....K1 denied and CR1 approved. For Ghana, there is a much higher burden of proof placed on a couple than many countries. Just to give you an idea of what I had to submit in order to be successful with our CR1, please take a look at my timeline and interview review.

I have many pictures, statements, chats, I have friends and family who are writing statements/letters of our marriage. It's been a long road as our families both know but it's time to come together as one . I-30 is completed and submitted.Thank you for your help! Now focusing on the N.V.C. Packet. How long before I hear a response back regarding my I-30?
