Filed I-130 Oct 11, 2017 approved Oct 25, 2017. Received appointment instruction email from Manila Oct 30, 2017. We scheduled our interview appointment for March 9, 2018 (had prior commitments). Completed DS-260 and St. Lukes registration on-line.

Started medical exam at St. Lukes on March 5, 2018. Document review section for USA is an area left of the main entrance. You will need copies of embassy appointment confirmation, St. Luke on line registration confirmation, copy of DS-260 confirmation and other documents listed on St. Lukes website. The filipina at the review desk insisted we present an approval letter from NVC showing case number. Told her we filed direct to embassy and all coorespondence was via email, so she said bring copies of emails or screen shots to releasing. She also did not accept her photos because she was wearing earrings in the picture so had to get more photos. First day was 7:30 am to 4:00 pm with a 1 hour lunch break. 2nd day was 2:00 pm to 5:30pm. She was cleared for immunization on day 2, received sealed medical results at 5:30pm.

On interview day arrived at embassy at 7:00am for 7:10 appointment. Was allowed inside at 7:20am. Husband attended interview with me. Lots of people but moves fast. At prescreening a nice filipina reviewed and took the required documents and also compared the information on the medical report to the DS-260 and asked questions about the relationship. She asked for the affidavit of support but returned the tax returns and other supporting documents. Told to pay the fee on the second floor and return the receipt. After some additional questions she cleared us for biometrics and final interview. We were interviewed by a very nice male counselor. After verifying my identity he said, "ok pretend I 'm your girlfriend and tell me how you met your husband".  He didn't look at any of our pictures maybe because we been married 4 years already. He ask my husband what his occupation was and show proof of domicile in U.S. (copies of bank accounts were reviewed and returned). He then explained about domestic abuse and said "your visa will be mailed to you in about 10 days". In and out in less than 2 hours. Just be prepared and know your information. The questions asked are mainly regarding your relationship and will be unique to your personal situation.
