It's a crime to manufacture a short barreled rifle without the proper license. That's what she just did essentially. Anything less than 16" is regulated and must be registered according to the rules of the National Firearm Act. If you want to destroy an AR you have to chop up the lower receiver which is the part that is serialized and considered a gun by the ATF. A barrel on an AR15 is replaceable in about 30 minutes if you have the correct tools. Hopefully that idiot didnt toss that rifle in the dumpster after doing that. It also helps to know the laws if you want to seriously talk about gun control. Most politicians don't.

The left knows little to nothing about current gun laws, guns and how the operate and what effect their whack job policies will have on society but they are somehow the authority on gun safety and gun control. What a joke.
